These terms govern the use of the Saldio desktop application and the saldio.co website. By downloading, installing or using Saldio, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the application.
Saldio is an independent software project. The way to reach the responsible team is the address soporte@saldio.co. Full identifying and tax details of the Owner will be provided during the purchase process and on the corresponding invoice when you buy a paid plan.
Saldio is a local-first desktop personal finance application: all your data is stored encrypted on your own machine. The application requires no account, sends no financial data to any server, and works offline.
The Owner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Saldio on your devices, according to the plan you have acquired (Free, Plus or Pro).
Your licence key is personal. Sharing, reselling or publishing it is not permitted.
Saldio, its code, design, brand and content are the property of the Owner and are protected by intellectual property law. The licence of use transfers no ownership right over the application. Your financial data is and remains yours: the Owner does not access it.
Payments for the Plus and Pro plans are processed through [PAYMENT PROCESSOR, e.g. Lemon Squeezy / Paddle], which acts as the seller and handles invoicing. Prices are shown on the website and include applicable taxes where relevant.
As this is digital content delivered immediately, if you are a consumer in the EU you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless you expressly waived it when starting the download. The specific refund policy is governed by the payment processor's terms and by [your refund policy]. For any request, write to soporte@saldio.co.
Saldio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Saldio is a financial organisation tool, not financial, accounting or tax advice. Projections, simulations and summaries are indicative; you are responsible for your decisions and for verifying your own numbers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits or harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application. Keeping backups of your data is recommended. The Owner's total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid for the licence.
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. In that case, you must stop using and uninstall the application.
The Owner may update these terms. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, together with its update date. Continued use of the application after a change implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals designated under that law.
This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
